It is so powerful knowing we have an omniscient God. Even though we do not know our future, trusting in God because he already knows, makes it easier to walk through life. “I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11) I feel this can sometimes be hard to comprehend. We always want what we want and when we want it. For me it is hard to surrender sometimes. However, God always has a plan. He may put us through a bunch of “stuff” before we can accomplish his plan, but eventually we will know. We all want to take the easy road and we expect God to give us what WE want. However, that may not be what he wants. Being obedient to GOD can be tough, but we have to do it. If people stand in our way of that push them away because they are not meant to be there.
I trust in God with everything in my body. However, at times there is that fear of taking the Leap of Faith. We might be skeptical, scared etc. at the outcome, but I have recently started to understand, thinking with your head and not your heart can make you miserable. It is so funny, God works in mysterious ways. I had a long day yesterday and just sat down to enjoy a piece of Chocolate and this was my message…………….
I love my God and thank him every day for the life he has given me and the life to come.
