God Isn't Part-Time

I have a confession.  During the past couple of weeks, I have really tried to grow in my spiritual growth by reading my Bible more and taking time out to truly Thank God in sincere prayers, however, the craziness we call "life" got in the way the past couple of days.  Worst of all I allowed it.  I made excuses for not reading the Bible, writing in my journal or taking time to actually pray.  It is true what they say, the closer you get to God, the harder Satan tries to pull you away from him. As a strong Christian you have to stay obedient and follow Christ.  

Wherever you are in your Christian life, I encourage everyone to take time out for Christ.  It really does make a difference.  You will see automatic changes in your life.  We don't have to work 100+ hours a week to prove our place in this world.  God works 24/7 because he can, we can't.  Christ already made the ultimate sacrifice for us, which if we believe, allows us to have eternal life. Think about what he did on the CROSS. Sacrifice a few minutes out of your busy life, for him.
