We need not take any day for granted. At any second we could be taken from this life. While we are here, let's do our best to live each and every moment to the fullest. Logan Shane Goodall, was not given very long on this earth. He died before his 3rd birthday. Logan was my cousin. Life is strange. He was only two and couldn't tell us how he had been treated. It rips my heart out to think about what he went through during that short period. God never promised us a bowl full of cherries everyday. He said there would be troubles, but he does promise everlasting life if we believe. I do believe and can't wait to see this little face again in heaven. I have many great memories with this little guy, but will never forget his pain.
Do me a favor today. Keep this little one in your thoughts. If you are having a bad day, be thankful to have another day on this earth with your family and friends. If you are a Christian share with someone what God has done for you. If your not a Christian, maybe today is your day to put your faith and trust in him. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
