What do Seasons and Life have in Common ?

I skipped a couple days on my roadway, but am back on track.  I think the change in weather has effected me mentally and physically. I am one who prefers warm weather, but thankful for all the seasons beauty. When I think about the seasons, I also think about life.  Life is really precious, but strange at the same time.  As we go through the years, we change, just like the seasons.  For instance, things I worried about at 15 like whose dating who, what new friends I'm going to meet at camp or what movie should I go see with my friends aren't things I worry about today (almost 30).  Now, I worry about finding the right house, keeping a job, wanting a family and how much money is in the bank. Yes, just like the seasons, life changes.

However, everyday I am learning the only thing that matters is whether or not I am following Christ. This Monvee experience has been good for me because it pushes me to stay on my roadway with Christ. He is so many things to us, through different times in our life too.  We all need him everyday, but sometimes we treat him like a winter coat.  We wear him while were cold, but when things start getting sunny, we put him away.  We all need him, all day, everyday.  If we wear him everyday, then we appreciate when he is there in the cold and thank him for the sunny days !!  Remember Christ is the Bread of Life and Capstone.

Take a few minutes and give it to him and read the following verses.  You will be blessed.

Verses to read: John 6:35, 6:48
                       Matthew 9:15
                       Acts 4:11
                       1 Peter 2:7
