Well, it happened. My Dad got married. He is 71 and recently fell in love again. I must say, after he rededicated his life to Christ, he started to see things differently and found love. I am very happy for the both of them. There is just something about two people in love. He found a lovely women and I couldn't be happier for him. It goes to show when you have anger, hatred and darkness in your heart, nothing will prosper. However, if you have Christ and love one another, anything is possible. These are two of my favorite Bible verses.
1 John 4:8
Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
1 Corinthians 13:13
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love
By the way I did bake the wedding cake. However, I had some help from my brother in law decorating. I started and he finished. I never knew he took art in school. I love to cook and bake, but this was the first time I ever did anything like this, so I am thinking, not to bad !!
